Surrey Storm’s final dreams shattered
Surrey Storm’s dream of making the Co-operative Netball Superleague ended last night with a heartbraking 52-47 loss to Hertfordshire Mavericks in an enthralling match at Surrey Sports Park.
It was a bitter pill to swallow after Storm led for much of the match but the comeback queens of netball Hertfordshire Mavericks stole victory in the final minutes to make the grand final versus Team Bath.
