Game Day Ticket and Season Ticket information

We hope you are keeping well during these unprecedented times – we are missing you!

England Netball recently announced the cancellation of the 2020 Vitality Netball Superleague season.

As a result of this, Surrey Storm are facing unique and challenging times, along with fellow Superleague clubs and professional sports teams around the UK.

With no revenue coming in from match days, coaching sessions, camps, sponsorship and merchandise, the club is effectively missing out on a season of crucial income.

We have now contacted each of our game day ticket holders who purchased their tickets using Eventbrite, and have approached our season ticket holders with refund options.

Game Day Tickets:

Surrey Storm are now in a position to begin issuing refunds to our game day ticket holders.

Our aim is to have refunded your ticket by the end of July.

Season Tickets:

We are offering two options for our season ticket holders.

OPTION 1 – Transfer your season ticket to the 2020/2021 season, and ‘top-up’ the value of your ticket depending on your ticket type.

OPTION 2 – A pro-rata refunds for your season tickets, as seven of our remaining home matches did not take place. Choosing this option means you would have to re-apply for your season tickets next year.

Season ticket holders have been emailed a form to fill in with their preferred option to return to media@surreystormnetball.co.uk.
