Surrey Storm is delighted to announce the triple-signing of Tallisa Haynes, Emily Porter and Emily Gulvin for the 2018 Superleague season.
Haynes, who coached the successful Storm U19 team which won the 2017 NPL title is swapping her coach’s notebook for a player’s dress.
Porter was part of the U19 success and had solid performances throughout the season whilst Gulvin was a training partner of the VNSL last season.
Gulvin also spent last season representing Team Surrey Netball alongside Storm’s Rhea Dixon and Katie Harris while studying at the University of Surrey.
Gulvin and Porter join the likes of Georgia Lees and Rhea Dixon in players to make the transition from the NPL setup to the senior side.
Director of Netball Tania Hoffman believes they “deserve their promotion to the senior squad.”
She said, “It is great to see the progression our Storm youngsters are making.”
