Covid-19 update and FAQ’s

We hope that you are well and staying safe during this difficult time.

 

Due to the Vitality Netball Superleague being officially postponed until April 30th, we are now entering a unique and challenging time for the franchise.

 

As you will be aware, players are continuing to train remotely in the hope that the season can restart if it is safe to do so.

 

Following Government advice and decisions made by England Netball and the Superleague, we have halted outreach work being delivered by our coaches.

 

We have put together some frequently asked questions from some of our customers and fans. Please see these below.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

Will I get a refund on an individual Superleague ticket?

The Superleague season is currently postponed, not cancelled, and therefore tickets will remain valid for the rearranged games against the originally scheduled opposition.

In the event that these games do not go ahead, we will give individual game ticket holders box office gift certificates to the value of their tickets.

This credit can be used on the box office against ticket purchases in the 2020-21 season.

 

Will I get a refund on a Superleague season ticket?

As with individual game tickets, while the Superleague season is postponed, not cancelled, season ticket cards remain valid for the re-arranged games against the originally scheduled opposition.

In the event that these games do not go ahead, we will re-assess this situation and contact season ticket holders.

 

Will group bookings be refunded?

Customers with group bookings for the postponed Superleague fixtures are asked to contact us at media@surreystormnetball.co.uk so we can arrange the booking for a future fixture.
