Greenway takes U21 Role

England Netball today confirmed that Surrey Storm Director of Netball Tamsin Greenway will take the role of Head Coach of the U21 national side.

Following the news that Manchester Thunder Head Coach Dan Ryan was forced to step down from the role due the Home Office secondary employment visa policy, Tamsin was announced as his successor by the national governing body earlier today.

Speaking of her appointment to England Netball, Greenway said: “It’s a real honour to be given an opportunity to take on this role, even under the unfortunate circumstances.

“I am really looking forward to working with our incredible young talent on the journey to the World Youth’s next summer, as well as help to create and develop England’s future netball stars.”

Tamsin will now lead the England youngsters ahead of the 2017 World Championships in Botswana.

We will have more reaction from Tamsin early next week.
