We are sad to confirm that Proscovia Peace will miss the rest of the 2023 Netball Super League campaign on medical grounds.
We are sad to announce Bartercard Surrey Storm Goal Shooter, Proscovia Peace has withdrawn from the rest of the NSL season on medical grounds. Peace will remain a part of the Bartercard Surrey Storm squad/family for the rest of this season and will continue her commitments off the court.
Proscovia Peace who is currently the league’s top goal scorer at 520 goals, has been a part of Bartercard Surrey Storm since signing in 2021. Peace was awarded the Gilbert Golden Shot award for the 2022 season as Top Goal scorer with 853 goals and was also named the starting GS in the ALL Star VII as voted for by all NSL clubs.
Director of Netball and Head Coach Mikki Austin said “As well as being a world class netballer, Proscovia Peace is also an incredible human being. Peace still firmly remains a huge part of Surrey Storm in an off-court capacity, and we look forward to continuing the journey with Peace at a later stage.”
